Use this SR for when a user expresses concern about completing their Final Assessment before the deadline. Deadlines refer to a company’s contract expiration.
The administrators are unable to manually unlock the Final Assessment, so all they can do is advise the user to complete what they can.

If your assessment is past the deadline, this indicates that your company’s contract with Richardson is set to expire. Unfortunately, only your management can manually unlock the Final Assessment.
If you are unable to contact your management, the Richardson Accelerate administrators advise completing what you can just in case your company decides to implement an extension.
