Support Category: Course Progress Issue

Specialist Notes:

Some companies elect to release their content on a schedule, which prevents users from progressing to the next section of their training before a specific date.

If you find a user is stuck in a loop in their training, this is likely the reason why.

WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW?

Content that is scheduled is released every seven days from when they have completed the core assessment. They will receive an email once the next section unlocks.

HOW SHOULD WE ASSIST?

If a user states that they are stuck in a loop in their reinforce content, the specialist should first check if the course set to Scheduled. To do this, kindly do the following:

  1. After logging into the company specific domain, look up the user using either their name or email.
  2. Once you find the user, click on their name which should be hyperlinked in the results.
  3. Scroll down to Enrolled Courses and select the course the user is having issues with by clicking the hyperlinked name.
  4. Under the section ‘Reinforce Content Delivery Method’, check what is selected. ‘Scheduled’ means that the user will have to wait for the content of the next section to be unlocked. If ‘Bundle’ is selected, continue to troubleshoot as normal.

Standard Response:

Thank you for your patience while I investigated this for you. After checking the course structure, we have found that the Reinforce Content is set to release on a scheduled basis. That means that the Reinforce modules will be released every seven days starting from the date you completed the core assessment.

You will receive an email when the next section is unlocked and available. If you have any questions, you can reach out to the Learning and Development team at your company.
