Admin tab is available for users set as a Supervisor at the Organization Group, User Group, or Territory level. The Admin tab may also be available for users who have permission as 'Role of Client Admin' which defaults to seeing ALL users within the company (not just their team).

If the user does not have access to the admin tab but believes that he/ she should, then proceed to escalate.

If you are a Supervisor or a Client Administrator, you should be able to view your Company's overall progress by accessing the Admin tab listed on the left of your screen.
