If a user comes into chat stating that they are unable to progress to the assessment, you will need to locate the user's account, and then click on the 'Login As User' button on the right. Then confirm which status was used for the training. If the status is set as Scheduled then proceed to confirm if the user has completed all Reinforce topics, then please provide the SR.
