Support Category: SSO

Specialist Notes:

When looking up the domain, you are taken to a page that lists the domain's general information. Aside from listing the number of user accounts in the domain and which languages it supports, we also can see if SSO is Enabled.

If the field is populated, as with the two in this picture, this means that SSO for this client is enabled. When SSO is enabled, we are unable to send password or confirmation email links. Users will need to reach out to their internal IT Support team for any issues regarding access.

If the field is blank, that means SSO is not enabled, and we can send password reset and confirmation links to the user. If they do not receive them, we have permission to manually reset the password.

Standard Response:

I apologize for the issue with accessing your account via SSO.

Richardson Accelerate administrators have advised you to reach out to your Internal Support Team for further assistance with SSO.
