When an account is created for a user, the system will automatically send him/her a confirmation/activation email (often referred to as the Initial Launch Email or just Launch Email). If a user has not received this email, kindly have him/her check his/her junk/spam mailbox.
If the email was not in the junk/spam mailbox, we can resend this confirmation/activation email by locating the user's account and utilizing the 'Resend Launch Email' option. To do this:
1. Locate the user's domain/company.
2. Click on 'Manage Account' for the domain/company.
3. Click on 'Users' >> 'Users List'.
4. Locate and select the user's account.
5. Select the green 'Resend Launch Email' button.
Note: If the user has already confirmed their account, there will not be a 'Resend the Launch Email' button.

We're sorry to hear you have not received your Launch Email for your account. I have resent the Launch Email to assist you with your account confirmation. After receiving the email, kindly click on the purple 'Activate Account' button to confirm your account. You'll be prompted to create a password after which you can then proceed with accessing your confirmed account.
